The airport transfer was arranged, convenient. The staff was attentive, and they made dinner reservations for me. I also appreciated the advice on navigating the city (this made my exploration so much easier).

uncomfortable bed dim lighting
the staff was helpful, assisting with directions to local attractions, and I REALLY enjoyed THAT.
the advertised five-star rating felt a bit of a STRETCH. the room lacked a safe, and i found no door key initially. the bed was not particularly comfortable, and the lighting was quite DIM. it was not what i expected given the price.

The limouna suite was spacious and well-equipped. It accommodated our luggage easily. The bathroom included sufficient shelving for all toiletries. Guido offered valuable advice about the city, this. The rooftop terrace provided a beautiful spot for breakfast each morning.
The Medina location was authentic though a little difficult to navigate initially.
